Dr. Allan Rabinoff
Executive Director/China Business Development
Dr. Rabinoff's 25 years of business experience in China and
the Far East have provided him with extensive knowledge in doing
business in China including important international
commercial/personal relationships. Throughout his business career, Dr
Allan Rabinoff has focused on maximizing opportunities in a rapidly
changing business environment.
Dr.
Rabinoff has international experience in the areas of project
identification, contract negotiation, cross-cultural team building,
marketing, sales, Merger & Acquisition strategy, and business
development. He has a Ph.D. from the University of Maryland and
received his Masters and undergraduate degree from the University of
Wisconsin.
Dr.
Rabinoff has been involved in the area of telecommunications for the
past fifteen years. He is a principle in Intelligent Network
Communications, LLC and IP2IP, LLC. Both companies operate in the
international telephone transport arena.
Buck Krieger
Member of the Board
Buck
Krieger has an extensive financial background, which began at Clayton
Brokerage Company, which later became the largest Brokerage house in
the country dealing exclusively in Commodities. His clients included
an account that started with less than $700,000 and he helped to
build it to over $200,000,000, 4 years later, which was the largest
private account in the industry. During his time at Clayton Brokerage
he was an E.V.P. and National Sales Manager for 10 years.
Mr.
Krieger retired from Clayton after 25 years, and began a Theatrical
Stage lighting company contracted with 5 major Rock n Roll bands, 6
Country groups and a number of National Company Industry trade shows.
His career includes invaluable experience in that industry as he
developed other businesses in pre-paid services, insurance,
telecommunications, financial services, and venture capital.
He
has traveled extensively in recent years building business
opportunities throughout a remarkable range of industries across
national and international business communities.
Mr.
Krieger possesses a rare combination of insight, energy, tenacity and
the ability to promote unique ideas well before others grasp the
long-term implications of his far-reaching vision.
Jenny Wang
Chief Administrative Officer - China
Jenny
Wang brings a rare combination of skills and experience to the
company. She has a wealth of experience in China that complements her
years working in American industry.
Jenny
was born and primarily educated in China, and has a background in
science. Her education in China was at one of the finest Chinese
schools in Hang Zhou. She received her graduate education in Oregon
and began working for an American manufacturing company.
Jenny
has both an engineering and scientific background. She has spent 12
years in the dental material field gathering a reputation as a
worldwide acknowledged expert. She is able to lecture in both English
and Chinese at professional seminars, has advised Chinese
distributors on building a connection network and a strategy to sell
their products, and has maintained her business and social
connections to China during her 16 years in the U.S.
Her
many international achievements include completed registration of
four categories of 20 dental products to SFDA (Chinese food and drug
administration) for the Chinese government.
Jenny
has proven experience as a marketing expert for introducing technical
products into China. Her Chinese entrepreneurial business background
has been burnished with American management skills and experience.
Not only can she advise the company on how to "do business in
China", she brings to us her invaluable Chinese "connections".
Jenny lives and works in the United States.
George Harris
President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr.
Harris was formerly a Senior Vice President at Falkenberg Capital
Corporation, a boutique investment bank to the telecommunications
community. The depth and breadth of the transactions he has supported
includes a literal “Who's Who” among major
telecommunications companies. Since its inception, the aggregate
value of Falkenberg Capital’s numerous transactions exceeds
US$2.5 billion.
Mr.
Harris’ experience includes numerous active roles in several
technology startups and in his role at Falkenberg, worked closely
with companies that deliver telecommunications and data services
through wired and wireless technologies. These companies include
providers of network infrastructure as well as platforms to deliver
content and advertising via mobile devices, traditional Internet, WAP
and handheld applications.
Mr.
Harris is also the President of Harris Products, Inc. and Integrated
Components, Inc., component manufacturing facilities based in
Southern China. Previously, George was the Chief Financial Officer of
Farm Credit Banks of St. Louis.
During
a 10-year career at AT&T, George held various financial, software
development, data systems, financial planning and operational
positions. George has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1977
in the state of California, where he worked for Arthur Young and
Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and an
MBA from Pepperdine University
Daniel Najor
Director
Mr. Daniel Najor was appointed to the Company's Board in May 2008. Mr. Najor has an extensive business background covering the last twenty-nine years; he has directed retail establishments, real estate and corporate finance activities, Internet gaming and telecom related ventures.
In 1984 Mr. Najor began to get engaged in real estate finance. Between the years of 1984-present Mr. Najor facilitated the financing of hundreds of million of dollars of commercial and residential construction loans. In 1996 Daniel founded one of the first internet gaming companies, which was sold in 2004 for more than 50 million dollars. Mr. Najor also stared Tierra Telecom in 2000, where he was instrumental in building the company. Tierra filed three patents related to VOIP and toll tandem switches. In 2005, he co-founded CommerceTel (www.comercetel.com), a company that delivers a suite of services designed to facilitate and monetize audience interaction with television, radio, print and web content.
Mr. Najor holds an U.S. Patent for telephone calling card coupons and more recently, used his patent to combine couponing with calling cards. Mr. Najor has started and been involved with building a number of startup companies.
